Our team works on residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on BIM, Revit-based documentation, technical detailing, and coordinated construction documentation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Revit Architect with 2–4 years of experience to join our team and work on New Zealand residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing:

- Accurate Revit architectural models to LOD 400
- Detailed and coordinated BIM models suitable for construction documentation
- Building Consent documentation
- Detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
- Architectural and construction details
- Door, window, and other project schedules
- Coordinated architectural documentation with structural and engineering disciplines




- Documentation in accordance with relevant New Zealand Building Code (NZBC) requirements and local council requirements
- High-quality Revit families, components, and project documentation
- Accurate detailing and model coordination throughout the project lifecycle

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Experience in architectural modelling and documentation
- Understanding of New Zealand residential construction
- Familiarity with NZ Building Code and Building Consent documentation
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Good understanding of construction details
- Experience working with LOD 400 BIM models
- Solid attention to detail and drawing accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
