Return Management Executive

Role: Return Management Warehouse Operations

Location: Manesar - Gurugram || Sitting Location - Warehouse

Experience: 1–4 years | Industry: E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end return operations for Marketplace, Quick Commerce & D2C orders.
- Receive, check and QC returned products for resale, damage, defect or mismatch.
- Update returns, inventory and disposition in e commerce softwares.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer support teams for return issues.
- Ensure timely re-stocking and reconciliation of returned inventory.
- Track return TAT, pending returns, discrepancies and damages.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly return MIS and reporting

Skills Required

- Experience in e-commerce warehouse/returns/reverse logistics.
- Knowledge of Excel, google sheet & software of e comm and payment
- Good inventory handling and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
