Position: Retail Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Retail Store Manager – Electronics & Home Appliances

- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Drive sales of electronics and home appliances through effective customer engagement.
- Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, negotiations and grievance resolution.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, inward/outward and product displays.
- Ensure proper merchandising, visual display and cleanliness of the store.
- Track sales performance, targets, conversion and team productivity.
- Coordinate with distributors, suppliers and company representatives for stock and product requirements.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Handle after-sales coordination, service requests and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and store performance reports.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and achieve store profitability goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experienced candidates can apply
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/electronics/home appliances is an advantage
- Gujarati/Hindi communication preferred
