Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Specialist role based in Gurugram.

The Retail Sales

Specialist will welcome and assist clients in-store, provide personalized styling suggestions, and guide customers through the curated collections.

Responsibilities include presenting product features and craftsmanship details, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory and stock displays, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role also involves handling customer queries and concerns,



building long-term relationships with clients, supporting in-store events and pop-ups, and contributing to a refined, luxury shopping experience aligned with Misri’s brand values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills to effectively present collections and drive in-store conversions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and provide a luxury experience.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills to engage clients, collaborate with team members, and represent the brand.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury boutiques, or designer wear environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in South Delhi, including weekends or extended hours during events and pop-ups.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine interest in Indian textiles, design, and craftsmanship.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management; familiarity with social media or digital engagement is a plus.
