- Greeting the customer on arrival at the counter and offering support.

- Responsible for displaying the products & convincing them to buy the same.

- Explaining the wide variety of products and services we have, to educate customers on what we offer.
- Displaying the Jewellery as well as details such as pricing break up and information about the product for better satisfaction of the customer, they should advise the customer on what jewelry will look best on him/her within the budget.
- The Retails sales officer (RSO) is also expected to give information about the various patterns & designs of jewelries as well as their quality.
- Acquiring customer details and creating customer code Sharing pricing & weight details with the cashier for further processing Assisting in making payment process easier after each purchase Maintaining sales record.
- Complete responsibility of respective counter assigned
