The organization is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join its retail team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer service, branded products and premium retail.

Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, generating sales and achieving assigned targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide product information and explain features, benefits and specifications.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Handle the complete sales process and effectively close sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Maintain stock and inventory records accurately.
- Assist in regular stock checking and store management.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
- Follow company policies, sales processes and customer service standards.

- Knowledge of retail sales and showroom operations.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.

- Experience: 1–4 years in retail / showroom / sales.
- Education: Any Degree.
- Age: 20–35 years.
- Gender: Male / Female.
- Languages: English and Tamil required; Hindi is an advantage.
- Location: Chennai.
