The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and contributing to store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and functionality of premium audio/video products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements. Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations.

Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge. Handle customer queries related to product features, pricing, warranty, and availability.

Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including invoicing, payments, delivery, and installation coordination. Maintain product displays, demo units, and overall store presentation. Coordinate with store teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.





Stay updated on product specifications, new launches, and industry trends.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in technology, audio/video products, and consumer electronics. Customer-centric approach with good listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to explain technical product features in a simple and engaging manner. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills. Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and willingness to take initiative.
