An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a young and energetic team in the position of Assistant Sales Manager – Transactions. While working closely with the founders, you will focus on conducting site-visits, negotiations of leases and all terms under the lease agreement.

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks:
What you will be doing:
- Sourcing and negotiating new space requirements
- Liaising directly with clients during the negotiation process and keep them updated on outcomes and local market trends to ensure best possible outcomes are achieved
- Canvassing to create tenant opportunities and make recommendations to clients
- Liaising with other agents to obtain market information
- Regularly conduct inspections, meetings and presentations with owners and clients.

- Ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Connect with young start-ups, SMEs, corporates and building relationships
- Self-motivated with strong sales skills including the ability to find and close deals, a result-oriented performer
