- Develop concept designs, layouts and detailed drawings for retail spaces.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models , elevations , sections and working drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, interior and other consultants.
- collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review shop drawings , material specifications and design details.
- Assist in selecting appropriate materials,



finishes, fixtures and furniture.
- Manage , design revisions and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Ensure projects meet quality ,functionality , aesthetic and brand standards.

Key Skills

- Bachelors degree in architecture or equivalent with 3 to 6 years of experience in retail or commercial architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in AUTO CAD, SKETCHER, REVIT,3DS MAX, PHOTOSHOP or similar design software.
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings and construction detailing.
- Understanding of retail planning , space planning , materials and finishes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in retail outlets, malls, showrooms or commercial projects will be an advantage.
