Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate profiling and onboarding sessions.
- Review and optimize CVs for ATS and international hiring standards.
- Improve LinkedIn profiles and skilled branding.
- Develop personalized job search strategies based on candidate goals.
- Guide candidates on job applications, interview preparation, and career growth.
- Maintain regular communication and track candidate progress.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and resume-writing skills.
- Knowledge of ATS optimization and LinkedIn profiling.
- Good understanding of recruitment and global job markets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
