2. Captain
- Supervise restaurant service staff and allocate duties.
- Take and coordinate guest orders and ensure timely service.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth order flow.
- Train and guide junior service staff.
3. Counter Staff
- Handle billing, POS operations and cash/card transactions.
- Take customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen/service team.
- Maintain accurate billing and transaction records.
- Assist customers with menu-related queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
4. DCDP – Continental
- Prepare and present Continental dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Handle assigned kitchen section independently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion control.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor ingredients and coordinate with senior chefs regarding requirements.
- Guide and supervise Commis-level staff when required.
5. Commis 1 & 2
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as per assigned section.
- Follow recipes, portion standards and kitchen instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Support smooth and timely preparation of orders.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés or hospitality establishments preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food/service standards and hygiene practices.
- Candidates should be well-groomed, disciplined and customer-oriented.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the respective position will be preferred.
- Freshers may be considered for selected junior positions based on skills and interview performance.
