Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Enrise by Sayaji is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams through virtual management and support. This position includes monitoring service standards, guiding staff on guest interaction, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction via remote supervision, reporting, and communication.

Manager will handle scheduling, support hiring processes, and oversee training and performance feedback using digital tools.

Key responsibilities also include working with food and beverage teams on menu planning, promotions, and quality control,



tracking operational metrics, and collaborating with leadership to improve procedures and service outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of managing guest experiences and resolving issues effectively.
- Experience with Hiring and team coordination, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of restaurant staff.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to lead and mentor teams remotely and collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality standards, and basic cost and inventory awareness.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Comfort with remote work tools and systems, including scheduling, reporting, and communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
