Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Civil Lines, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. This role includes supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, monitoring service quality, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

The Restaurant

Manager manages staff scheduling, supports hiring and onboarding, and ensures adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include handling guest feedback, coordinating with the kitchen on menu execution,



monitoring inventory and costs, and supporting sales and promotional activities to achieve revenue and performance targets.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.

- Experience in Hiring and team supervision, including training, performance feedback, and building a positive work culture.

- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.

- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, basic food safety, and service standards.

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in hospitality.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability.

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
