Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular IPD rounds and monitor patients' clinical condition.

- Maintain accurate and updated case sheets, treatment records and medical documentation.

- Provide appropriate medical assistance during emergencies and acute medical conditions.

- Coordinate with Ayurvedic physicians, nurses, Panchakarma therapists and other healthcare staff.

- Supervise administration of prescribed medicines and treatments.

- Monitor patients undergoing Panchakarma and other Ayurvedic procedures, within the scope of training and authorization.

- Ensure compliance with hospital infection-control, safety and clinical protocols.

- Maintain proper documentation of admissions, discharges, treatment progress and clinical incidents.





- Remain available for residential/on-call duties as per the hospital duty roster.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment principles.

- Familiarity with Panchakarma procedures and Ayurvedic hospital protocols.

- Ability to identify clinical deterioration and respond appropriately.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Willingness to work rotational, night and emergency duties.

- Ability to work independently while taking guidance from senior consultants.
