Role Description The Residential Site Civil Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This position is responsible for overseeing daily civil engineering activities on residential construction sites, including execution of approved designs, monitoring structural work, and ensuring compliance with drawings, standards, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with contractors and site teams, managing site planning and layout, and supporting stormwater and drainage solutions.

The engineer will inspect ongoing work, track progress against schedules, and help resolve technical issues that arise on site.



The role also includes preparing basic reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting quality control and cost-effective construction practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals for residential projects.
- Candidates should possess practical experience working as Civil Engineers, with exposure to site supervision and coordination.
- Candidates should possess planning skills, including site layout planning, resource planning, and schedule tracking.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of interior works management , vendor management , coordinating work flow between multiple vendors at site .
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in residential construction projects and local regulatory processes is an advantage.
