Role Description The Reservations Ticketing Agent is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for handling reservation and ticketing requests, including checking availability, processing bookings, modifying itineraries, and managing cancellations. The agent responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on travel options, pricing, and policies.

Daily tasks include updating reservation systems, coordinating with hotels, travel partners, and internal teams, and ensuring all customer details are recorded correctly. The agent also supports sales initiatives by suggesting suitable travel and holiday packages,



maintaining service standards, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly, courteously, and professionally with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess Reservations and Ticketing skills, including experience using booking systems, managing itineraries, and handling changes or cancellations accurately.
- Candidates should possess Travel & Tourism knowledge, with an understanding of holiday packages, local and regional destinations, and basic travel regulations.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Upselling abilities, including recommending suitable packages, closing bookings, and meeting targets while maintaining customer trust.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with computer-based reservation tools, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, along with prior experience in reservations or ticketing, is preferred but not mandatory.
