Excellent Communication Skills

- Handle flight reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and changes.

- Manage domestic & international flight bookings and check fares, rules, baggage, and availability.

- Verify passenger details, payments, travel documents, and ticketing information before issuance.

- Handle airline customer service queries related to bookings, schedules, delays, cancellations, baggage, and travel changes.

- Assist customers with flight disruptions, rebooking, and alternative travel arrangements.

- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams for booking and customer-service issues.

- Respond to customers through calls, emails, and chats professionally and promptly.

- Maintain accurate booking/ticketing records and follow company and airline procedures.

- Meet assigned ticketing, response-time, accuracy, and customer-service targets.

- Perform other reservation, ticketing, and airline customer-service duties as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
