- Develop and optimize processes for Pharma and Agrochemical intermediate molecules.

- Perform hands-on organic synthesis and conduct multiple chemical reactions daily.

- Work on route scouting, feasibility studies, process optimization and process validation.

- Handle multi-step synthesis, complex chemistry and pressure reactions.

- Lead R&D; projects from concept through process development and commercialization.

- Identify and control critical process parameters for consistent and cost-effective processes.

- Support scale-up, tech transfer, plant commissioning and troubleshooting.

- Perform root-cause analysis and continuous process improvement.

- Prepare SOPs and maintain experimental records as per GLP standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams for product quality and process improvement.

- Characterize compounds using techniques/instruments such as NMR, LCMS, HPLC, IR, UV-Visible, XRD and ICP.





Required Skills & Experience:

- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.

- 910 years of relevant experience in Process R&D; / Process Development.

- Experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical or Agrochemical intermediate development.

- Strong expertise in Organic Synthesis and Multi-step Synthesis.

- Experience in Route Scouting, Process Optimization, Scale-up and Tech Transfer.

- Exposure to impurity isolation and characterization.

- Solid experimental design, data analysis and scientific documentation skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
