? Who Can Apply? We are looking for passionate individuals who possess an interest or background in education, human development, or social work. This includes:

- Students pursuing M.Ed., B.Ed., Psychology, or Social Sciences.





-High School Arts/Humanities students with a keen interest in child development and progressive schooling. -Anyone with a robust baseline knowledge of child psychology and learning behaviors.

Preferred: Prior academic or field research experience is a plus, but a genuine understanding of how children learn and develop is what matters most.

Lead-Driven Assignments: Our research team leaders explicitly assign you high-quality papers or case studies to process.

Structured Output: You will compress readings into a strict "Takeaways & Inferences" matrix mapping back to our rural campus needs.
