Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Product Research:

1. Research plant-based ingredients, nutraceuticals, and functional foods.
2. Study health benefits, nutritional profiles, and scientific literature to support product innovation.

B. Product Development Support:
1. Assist in developing new formulations for supplements, beverages, or nutrition products.
2. Help evaluate ingredient combinations and dosage levels.

C. Testing & Validation:
1. Support basic lab or formulation testing (stability, taste, solubility, etc.).
2. Assist with product trials and documentation of results.

D. Market & Competitor Analysis:
1. Analyze competitor products in the wellness/supplement industry.
2. Identify trends in plant-based nutrition and consumer preferences.

E. Documentation & Reporting:
1. Prepare reports, research summaries, and product documentation.

Maintain records for formulation trials and ingredient research.

F. Cross-Team Collaboration:
1. Work with marketing, nutrition, and product teams to align product development with market needs.
2. Provide scientific inputs for product claims or marketing content.

G. Regulatory & Quality Support:
1. Help ensure formulations meet food safety and regulatory guidelines.
2. Assist in maintaining ingredient compliance and documentation.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
