About Kapxha Dynamics

Kapxha Dynamics is a DPIIT-recognized defense-tech startup based in Jaipur, building autonomous UAV systems and counter-drone technology. We are a small, rapid-moving team working on real hardware that flies, not just code in a repo.

About the role

We are looking for a Research & Development Engineer to work across autonomous navigation, computer vision, and embedded systems for our UAV and counter-drone platforms. You will be involved end to end, from design and prototyping to field testing.

What you will work on

- Autonomous navigation using ArduPilot and MAVLink
- Computer vision for object detection and tracking
- Robot Operating System (ROS and ROS2) for autonomous system software architecture
- Embedded firmware development on microcontroller and FPGA platforms such as ESP32, STM32, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi
- Mechanical design and rapid prototyping using CAD and 3D printing for UAV airframes and mounts
- Embedded Linux and edge AI deployment on Jetson and Raspberry Pi platforms
- Development in C++ and Python across the stack
- Field testing and iteration on real UAV hardware





Who we are looking for
- 1 to 5 years of experience in robotics, embedded systems, or computer vision, or a strong fresher with solid personal or academic project experience in these areas
- Hands-on experience building, flying, or testing robotics or drone systems, not just coursework
- Strong fundamentals in C++ and Python
- Strong plus: hands-on experience with ROS or ROS2, embedded microcontroller platforms such as ESP32, STM32, or FPGA, and CAD or 3D printing for hardware prototyping
- Comfort working in a small team with high ownership and fast iteration
