Job Summary

Kanwar Enterprises is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, site measurements, preparation and verification of client and subcontractor bills, BOQ management, reconciliation, and other commercial activities related to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit RA Bills, client bills, interim bills, and final bills based on actual site progress.
- Verify measurements of executed civil works at site and maintain proper measurement records.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing abstracts.




- Check work quantities against approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site measurements.
- Prepare and verify subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors for measurements and bill certification.
- Monitor BOQ quantities versus actual executed quantities and identify variations.
- Prepare documentation for extra items, deviation statements, and variation claims.
