Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Responsibilities
> Specifically focused on the scale-up or synthesis of materials or chemicals in a Kilo Lab setting Carry out reactions and processes at the kilogram scale in the Kilo Lab. Work with process chemists to scale up bench-top reactions and deliver products in a protected, efficient, and reproducible manner.

> Optimize reaction conditions, reaction times, and yields to meet desired product specifications.
>
> Assist in the scale-up of chemical reactions and processes from small-scale laboratory to kilo-scale. Work with the R&D; team to translate lab processes into larger-scale production.
