The role offers an prospect to gain hands-on experience in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, audit coordination, and compliance within a large corporate environment. The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS/IFRS requirements.

- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and financial reports.

- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting activities.
n
- Coordinate with group entities for collection and validation of financial information.
n
- Assist in intercompany reconciliations and resolution of differences.
n
- Support related party reporting and compliance requirements.
n
- Assist in statutory audit activities and coordination with internal and external auditors.
n
- Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and financial analysis reports.
n
- Support documentation of accounting positions and technical accounting matters.
n
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives within the finance function.
n
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting timelines.

nQualifications

n
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified in the recent 0-2 years.
n
- Strong academic record with a sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
n

nRequired Skills

- Basic knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS.

- Understanding of financial statements and consolidation concepts.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.

- Articleship experience in a Big 4 or reputed audit firm.
