Role Description The Repair Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Sadar.

The Repair

Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic devices, including mobile phones, consumer electronics, and related components.

Responsibilities include performing board-level and component-level repairs, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, and using soldering and testing tools to ensure reliable repairs. The role involves maintaining repair logs, following safety and quality standards, collaborating with production and quality teams,



and providing clear communication about repair status and technical issues.

The Repair

Engineer will also support continuous improvement of repair processes and contribute to reducing device downtime and improving product performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Electronics Repair and Maintenance & Repair skills, with experience working on mobile phones, consumer electronics, or similar devices.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills, including fault diagnosis at circuit and component level, and familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Candidates should possess Soldering skills for through-hole and surface-mount components, ensuring clean, reliable, and safe joints.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document repair work, coordinate with team members, and report issues clearly and professionally.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in a service center, electronics manufacturing, or repair facility is an advantage.
