Role & responsibilities A etos Healthcare is hiring a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Coordinator in India to support a physician practice in Houston, Texas. This position requires working Houston business hours and communicating confidently with US patients.

Candidates with experience in RPM, chronic care management, patient coordination, or US healthcare operations are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include contacting eligible patients, explaining the program, coordinating enrollment, and documenting consent through approved workflows.

You will assist patients with connected device setup, troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, track missing readings, and encourage consistent monitoring. Coordinate device deliveries, replacements, appointments, and follow-up activities with patients and the practice support team.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, activities, and time in electronic health records and RPM platforms. Escalate abnormal readings, reported symptoms,



and concerns to the designated US clinical team according to written protocols.

Prepare daily updates on enrollment, engagement, outstanding issues, and escalations while following privacy and information security procedures.

Applicants should hold a bachelors degree, preferably in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or allied health. Excellent spoken and written English, robust organizational skills, accurate documentation, and confidence using healthcare software are essential. Experience supporting older adults, handling patient calls, and working independently during US business hours will be highly valued.

This is a patient support and coordination role. Clinical interpretation, diagnosis, treatment decisions, and medication changes remain with the authorized US clinical team.
