? Position: Assistant Head of Department (Assistant HOD) - French

? Working Days: Monday – Saturday

### ? Key Responsibilities

Assist the HOD in managing the department and trainers

Coordinate trainer schedules and batches

Monitor trainer performance and class quality

Conduct trainer interviews and demo classes

Handle trainer/student concerns and feedback

Support curriculum and training activities

Prepare reports and MIS

Coordinate with HR, Operations and Management

- Ensure smooth functioning of online classes and batches

### ? Requirements

✅ 4+ years of relevant experience

✅ Robust communication and leadership skills

✅ Team/trainer management experience

✅ Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills

✅ Education, Language Training or EdTech experience preferred

✅ Comfortable working remotely
