Enfance Centre for Child Development is hiring an experienced Special Educator or Remedial Coach to support children with learning and developmental difficulties. The role involves helping children build reading, writing, maths and classroom readiness skills through individualised teaching.
Key responsibilities
- Assess each child’s current learning skills and identify areas where support is needed.
- Plan and deliver individual IEP and small-group remedial sessions.
- Set practical learning goals and track each child’s progress.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning needs.
- Guide parents on activities they can practise at home.
- Coordinate with Enfance’s therapy team and, when appropriate, the child’s school.
Requirements
- Qualification in special education, remedial education or a related field.
- Prior experience working with children who have learning or developmental difficulties.
- Ability to teach foundational reading, writing and maths skills.
- Strong communication, documentation and parent-guidance skills.
- A patient, encouraging approach to working with children.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
