About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Sales Manager to drive business growth across Pan India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Home Loans and LAP, along with strong customer acquisition, team management, and distribution channel development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch-level sales and business development for Home Loans and LAP.
- Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other distribution partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the loan cycle.
- Track team performance and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Home Loans and LAP.
- Prior experience in a Branch Sales Manager, Team Leader, or similar sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of housing finance products and lending processes.
- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving branch targets.
- Valuable understanding of local customer segments and markets.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
