- Understanding of Home loan market and process
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Sourcing of cases from the open market and maintain robust relationship with builders
- Sourcing of both Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Enhance business distribution by empanelling connectors, ensuring effective network for business growth
- Ensuring quality of customer onboarding
- Strategic thinking with focus on sourcing avenues
- Effective networking and relationship building skills
- Team work and problem-solving skills
High motivation and commitment towards achieving the sales targets
Preferred candidate profile
2 to 5 years of experience (Low ATS HL preferable)
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience preferably from Banking or NBFCs engaged in Home Finance
