What You'll Do

- Connect with prospects over calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and email, and understand their insurance needs
- Work on leads from our partner associations, referrals, and digital campaigns
- Explain and recommend suitable products, such as health, professional indemnity, life, and general insurance, in clear and honest terms
- Close policies and hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and renewals, and keep in touch with clients after the sale
- Keep the CRM updated with leads, pipeline, and follow-ups




- Work with operations and claims teams so clients get a smooth experience

Who We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or PGDM is a plus, not a requirement)
- Freshers with solid communication skills and a drive to sell are welcome
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, or financial-services sales is a plus
- Clear, confident spoken English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus)
- Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
- Honest selling: no mis-selling, ever
- Basic comfort with Excel, CRM tools, and a smartphone

Compensation
- Fixed CTC: ₹3,50,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum, based on experience and interview performance
- Incentives: Performance-linked incentives on top of fixed CTC
