Roles and Responsibilities:

n● Drive sales of Petpooja Retail POS (Invoice by Petpooja) along with Payroll, Task, and

nPurchase Apps across horizontal markets beyond the F&B; industry (e.g., retail, salons,

ngrocery stores).

n● Actively generate sales leads from the market, approach B2C businesses, and onboard them

nwith Petpooja solutions.

n● Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners; provide market insights and

noffer relevant solutions to enhance their operations.

n● Sign contracts with new clients, handle inbound inquiries, and support existing clients by

nconducting promotional and marketing activities to expand the customer base.

n● Manage sales operations including administrative tasks, performance reporting, process

noptimization, and sharing insights with senior management to strengthen client relationships

nand improve customer service.





n● Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets,

nincluding daily visit and demo count goals.

n● Confidently handle client interactions on the field as the first point of contact and effectively

ncommunicate Petpooja’s offerings and value proposition.

n● Represent Petpooja’s brand values in the market and uphold its reputation through

nprofessionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.

nAdditional Qualification and Skills:

n● Bachelor's degree is preferred .

n● Skilled experience of 1-3 years in Sales.

n● Problem-solving attitude

n● Customer-oriented mindset

n● Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

n● Influencing Skills

n● Presentability is required
