Role Description The Relationship Manager role at PBPartners is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. In this role, the Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, explaining insurance products, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end insurance journey. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and service support.

Manager is also expected to follow up on leads, manage renewals, resolve service issues,



and uphold regulatory and company standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Customer relationship and service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle queries, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead management, cross-selling, and achieving performance targets.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, such as transparent verbal and written communication and effective presentation in face-to-face meetings.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including attention to detail, follow-through on renewals, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and regulations, or willingness to learn quickly with provided training.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads, customer interactions, and policy status.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, with a proactive, ethical, and results-oriented approach.
