✓ Customer Relationship Management

✓ Local Market / Field Visits

✓ Daily Lead & Activity Reporting

✓ Target-Based Performance

1. Customer & Merchant onboarding and relationship management
2. Promote MH StepPays digital payment & financial services
3. Generate new customer and merchant leads
4. Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication
5. Identify and onboard local merchants for MH StepPays QR & merchant services
6. Promote eligible financial service enquiries such as Credit Cards, Loans, FD/RD and other available services
7. Collect basic enquiry details and coordinate with the internal team for further processing
8. Build and maintain strong customer/merchant relationships
9. Achieve assigned onboarding and lead-generation targets
10. Conduct field visits / local market visits when required
11. Submit daily/weekly activity and lead updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
