We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our interior design and renovation team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with clients, understanding their interior requirements, arranging meetings/site visits, following up with potential clients, and converting leads into confirmed interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, budget and project expectations.
- Explain our interior design and renovation services to clients.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain client details and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in sales or client relationship management.
- Experience in interior design, home interiors, modular kitchen, renovation or real estate will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling clients over phone and in person.
- Ability to generate sales through follow-ups and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
- Should be target-oriented and willing to work in a rapid-paced environment.
