Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Gold Loan operations across multiple branches.

- Ensure smooth processing of gold loan disbursements, renewals, closures, part-payments, and auctions.

- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, internal controls, KYC/AML guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee gold appraisal, custody, Take over management System, vault management, reconciliation, and security processes.

- Monitor operational risk indicators and coordinate with Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Inspection teams.

- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

- Review branch performance through MIS reports and operational dashboards.

- Lead and develop operations teams across the region through regular reviews and training.





- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service-related issues.

- Monitor auction-related activities and portfolio operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA/PGDM preferred.

- Additional qualifications in Finance, Banking, Operations, or Risk Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Banking/NBFC Operations.

- Mandatory experience in Gold Loan Operations.

- Exposure to multi-branch/regional operations management.

- Solid knowledge of audits, risk management, compliance, branch controls, and operational processes.
