We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Manager (RM) to join our Solar team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and generate recent business opportunities.
- Manage and support the regional sales team.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers and channel partners.
- Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, EPC and installation teams.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, project execution and payments.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and team performance.
- Identify new markets and expand the company's customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales / business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales, customer relationship and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and good at follow-ups.
