Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MSME / Business Loan business across the assigned region.
- Drive business growth, disbursement, portfolio quality and profitability.
- Lead and manage Branch Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Teams.
- Develop market, DSA, connector and channel relationships for sourcing.
- Ensure quality sourcing, credit discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor PAR, delinquency, collection and portfolio performance.
- Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell and portfolio expansion.
- Conduct regular branch/market visits and review team performance.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections and Risk teams for smooth business operations.
- Ensure achievement of regional targets and maintain solid team productivity
