6. Key Responsibility AreasA. Regional Operations & Revenue Ownership

- Own the consolidated P&L; for all branches in the region — revenue, cost, contribution margin and EBITDA
- Set and cascade monthly/quarterly revenue and admission targets to each Branch Manager, aligned to overall regional and organisational goals
- Review branch-wise MIS, financial performance and budget-vs-actual expense reports; flag and correct deviations early
- Identify underperforming branches and design turnaround plans (pricing, staffing, marketing, local partnerships)
- Drive regional pricing strategy, promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives in coordination with the central marketing team
- Lead site selection, feasibility analysis, and operational setup for new branch launches within the region
- Negotiate and manage regional vendor, facility and procurement arrangements where centralised contracts do not apply

B. Clinical Governance & Quality Oversight

- Set and enforce the regional standard for clinical quality, protocol design and outcome documentation across all branches, in line with organisational clinical guidelines
- Periodically audit a sample of clinical caseloads, protocols, mid-reviews and review reports across branches to ensure consistency and evidence-based practice
- Support Branch Managers on complex clinical escalations, second-opinion cases and high-risk parent situations
- Ensure every branch maintains accurate clinical records on the digital case-management platform / EMR, enabling region-wide, data-driven decision-making
- Champion adoption of teletherapy, AAC tools, sensory-integration equipment and outcome-tracking dashboards as the regional standard of care
- Maintain personal clinical involvement at a reduced, oversight-oriented level (e.g., periodic case reviews, supervision sessions, training demonstrations) rather than a full active caseload — sufficient to retain clinical credibility while prioritising regional leadership

C. Branch Manager Leadership & Team Development

- Directly manage,



mentor and performance-review all Branch Managers within the region
- Set individual and branch-wise KRAs for each Branch Manager, aligned to the standard Branch Manager
- Conduct monthly one-on-ones and structured performance appraisals with each Branch Manager
- Build a leadership pipeline by identifying and developing high-potential Senior Therapists for future Branch Manager roles
- Coordinate with HR on regional hiring, onboarding, attrition management and disciplinary matters that exceed branch-level authority
- Standardise training calendars, induction processes and on-floor training quality across all branches in the region

D. Reporting, Documentation & Compliance

- Consolidate and present a monthly regional performance report (revenue, admissions, attrition, clinical quality indicators) to the COO/CEO
- Ensure every branch maintains compliant, audit-ready documentation — consultation reports, review reports, BM MIS and accounts
- Ensure regional adherence to child-safeguarding protocols, clinical ethics, statutory and POSH compliance across all branches
- Support branch readiness for quality and accreditation standards, driving regional standardisation ahead of external audits

E. Parent & Stakeholder Relationship Management

- Act as the point of escalation for parent grievances that Branch Managers are unable to resolve independently
- Build and strengthen regional referral networks with pediatricians, schools, hospitals and allied professionals
- Oversee regional brand reputation, including Google Reviews performance and social media coordination across branches
- Represent the organisation at regional industry events, school partnerships and community outreach initiatives

F. Capacity Building, Innovation & Best-Practice Sharing

- Facilitate monthly cross-branch / cross-region knowledge-sharing sessions to standardise best clinical and operational practices
- Identify and pilot current tools, modalities or operational processes within the region before recommending organisation-wide rollout
- Stay current on sector trends in pediatric rehabilitation care, technology

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
