We are looking for an experienced Manager – Admissions to lead admissions and outreach initiatives for the Karnal region. The role requires strong market knowledge, team-handling capabilities, school/college relationships, and proven expertise in driving lead conversion and student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the admissions and outreach team for the assigned territory.
- Drive student admissions, lead conversion and enrolment targets.
- Develop and execute regional admissions and outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors and other key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute school visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, education fairs and other outreach activities.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, counselling and the complete admission funnel through CRM.
- Analyse team performance and implement strategies to improve lead-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion.
- Track market trends,
competitor activities and opportunities across Haryana.
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Digital teams for campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 9–10+ years of experience in Admissions, Outreach, Sales/Marketing within Education/EdTech/Higher Education.
- Proven team-handling and leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Haryana/Karnal education market and local geography.
- Strong school/college connects and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in lead conversion, admissions and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
