Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Regional Language Calling Executive. The role involves making and receiving calls with users in designated regional languages, providing clear information, answering questions, and offering courteous assistance related to RealFrnd platforms.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, following communication scripts or guidelines, and escalating issues to the appropriate internal team when needed.

The Regional Language Calling

Executive will contribute to improving user satisfaction, gathering user feedback, and supporting community engagement across RealFrnd digital product. The role requires adherence to performance targets, privacy standards, and quality expectations while working from a remote location.

Qualifications

- Solid verbal communication and active listening skills in at least one regional language and English.




- Customer interaction skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle queries and basic concerns over calls.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with call systems, CRM tools, or data entry software.
- Ability to follow structured call scripts, document interactions accurately, and meet productivity and quality targets.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or call center roles is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote calling.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently in a part-time schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in communication or customer service is beneficial.
