Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Regional HR team in the Microfinance business. The candidate will support day-to-day HR recruitment , onboarding to exit activities across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment and onboarding activities for branch and field-level employees.
- Coordinate with branches regarding manpower requirements and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave and employee-related queries.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and Regional/Area Managers on HR-related matters.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and resolution.
- Support HR MIS and regular reporting.
- Travel to branches within the assigned region as and when required.

Candidate Profile

- Fresher with a degree/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-oriented microfinance workplace.
