Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head – Operations to lead multi-site facility management operations across the assigned region. The role will be responsible for operational excellence, client management, workforce deployment, P&L;, compliance, service quality and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end IFM operations across multiple client locations.
- Drive service delivery, SLA/KPI achievement and operational excellence.
- Manage key client relationships, governance reviews and escalations.
- Plan and optimize manpower deployment, productivity, retention and workforce costs.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, technical/engineering, HVAC, MEP, landscaping, pest control, waste management and other FM services.
- Own regional budgets, cost control, profitability and operational P&L.;
- Ensure statutory, safety, compliance and contractual requirements are met.
- Drive audits, SOPs, process improvement and service quality.




- Lead and develop Regional/Area Operations Managers, Facility Managers and site teams.
- Use MIS, dashboards and operational data to drive performance.
- Support contract renewals, client retention and business expansion.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree; FM/Operations certification is an advantage.
- 18+ years of experience in Facility Management / IFM / Operations.
- 10+ years of experience in regional, multi-site or senior operations leadership.
- Strong experience in managing large teams, multiple client locations, budgets, SLAs and P&L.;
- Strong client management, commercial acumen and leadership skills.
- Experience across Corporate / Industrial / IT / Manufacturing / Healthcare / Retail environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
