About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Engineering Lead to design, develop, and scale the regional/on-premises orchestration layer for a distributed AI platform. This role will be responsible for building highly reliable backend services that enable secure communication, fleet coordination, policy enforcement, task routing, and orchestration across multiple devices and execution environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Golang, microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and distributed systems while driving engineering excellence and technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of regional backend services for distributed orchestration platforms.
- Build and maintain scalable microservices for registry, policy management, trust management, routing, task dispatch, monitoring, and result aggregation.
- Design secure and reliable communication frameworks between devices, PC components, and regional services.
- Implement service discovery, health monitoring, heartbeat management, failover strategies, and fault-tolerant mechanisms.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, mobile, PC, QA, and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end interoperability.
- Drive Kubernetes-based deployment, scaling, configuration management, and operational readiness.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.




- Own technical delivery and execution of critical platform initiatives.
- Support platform observability, troubleshooting, and production incident management.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10 to 12 years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in backend system development.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Go/Golang development.
- Exposure to Rust programming is an added advantage.
- Solid experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native platform engineering principles.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and gRPC services.
- Strong knowledge of API-first architecture and service-oriented design patterns.
- Experience working with service discovery, registry, configuration management, and distributed coordination tools such as Consul or etcd.
- Practical experience implementing secure communication using TLS/mTLS.
- Strong understanding of X.509 certificate-based authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Excellent knowledge of distributed systems, high availability, resiliency patterns, retry mechanisms, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with observability tools, monitoring platforms, logging frameworks, and performance analysis.
- Exposure to AI orchestration platforms, agentic workflows, task routing, workflow engines,



or distributed AI execution environments.
- Experience with fleet management or device management platforms is highly desirable.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
