About Our Client

Our client is a leading global specialty materials company with a strong presence across healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and high-performance materials markets.

- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships across multiple international markets.

- Lead and optimize distributor and channel partner networks, ensuring effective market coverage, customer engagement, and delivery of business objectives.

- Manage key strategic accounts and identify new business opportunities by collaborating closely with customers, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Lead and mentor Sales and Technical Marketing teams, driving performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and execution of growth initiatives across the region.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA with 14+ years of commercial leadership experience within specialty chemicals, engineered materials, polymers, medical devices,



or related industries.

- A combination of medical device and specialty chemicals/materials experience is a must have.

- Experience leading regional businesses across India, APAC, IMEA, Middle East, or emerging markets is strongly preferred.

- Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, managing distributor networks, and driving business performance across multiple markets and customer segments.

- Strong leadership capabilities

- Commercially astute, analytical, and customer-focused professional with excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in a complex B2B workplace.
