- Handle customer requests related to booking cancellation and refunds.

- Speak with customers and understand the reason for cancellation/refund.

- Collect and verify required documents and payment details.

- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding refund amounts and payment status.

- Follow up with management/accounts for refund approvals and commitments.

- Maintain records of all refund and cancellation requests.

- Update customers about the status and expected timeline of their refund.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve refund-related issues professionally.

- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams regarding cancelled bookings.

- Prepare refund requests, cancellation forms, and related documentation.

- Ensure proper follow-up until the refund is completed.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
