Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Reddit Marketer.

The Reddit

Marketer will help build awareness of IECHM by identifying relevant subreddits, participating in discussions, and sharing informative, non-spammy content aligned with community guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include researching target communities, drafting and posting content, monitoring comments, and responding to questions about IECHM’s services in a helpful and qualified manner. The role also involves tracking engagement, summarizing insights from Reddit conversations,



and collaborating with the team to refine messaging and campaign ideas.

Interns will gain experience in community-driven marketing, brand positioning, and content experimentation on Reddit.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and navigate Reddit communities, including familiarity with subreddit rules, upvotes, threads, and Reddit etiquette.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and community-appropriate posts and comments.
- Basic awareness of digital marketing principles, online community building, or social media engagement.
- Research skills to identify relevant subreddits, analyze audience interests, and surface discussion topics connected to product development and manufacturing.
- Interest in technology, engineering, product design, or manufacturing, and willingness to learn about IECHM’s services.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and provide regular updates on activity and results.
- Prior experience using Reddit, or any community platform, for personal or project-related purposes is an advantage but not required.
- Students or early-career professionals from any discipline are welcome; no specific degree is mandatory.
