We are looking for a Team Lead Recruitment with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The person will be managing and guide a team of recruiters while driving hiring performance and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and train recruiters to improve their performance.

- Manage recruitment targets, daily activities, and team productivity.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of positions.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.





- Build robust sourcing strategies and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

- Develop a strong understanding of the sectors, companies, and talent markets being covered.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience and in training and mentoring recruitment teams.

- Proven experience in achieving individual and team hiring targets.

- Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Good communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a target-driven environment.

- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a consultative approach to recruitment.
