About the Company

DataSoft Technologies is seeking a talented, driven Recruitment Manager to support and expand its US Staffing Services business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle US staffing, specifically for Engineering and Technical roles across IT, Construction, and Manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

- Build strong applicant pipelines by sourcing candidates through job boards.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Search, X-Ray Searches, social media platforms, and networking strategies.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and talent networks.
- Evaluate applicants by assessing qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct detailed screening interviews and reference checks.
- Maintain robust communication and rapport with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily and weekly submission targets by presenting quality candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Follow company-standard recruiting and quality processes.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and employment practices.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS and HRMS systems.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in US Recruitment/Sourcing is mandatory.




- Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, HRMS/HRIS platforms, JobDiva, and other ATS systems.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and compliance requirements.
- 5–10 years of experience in recruitment management, talent acquisition, or talent strategy.
- Familiarity with technical recruitment across IT, Engineering, Corporate, Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, or Sales domains.
- Ability to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter/X for talent acquisition.
- Good to have: Experience working on RFPs, including pricing.
