We are looking for Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring for positions based in its Hyderabad office. The role will coordinate recruiting activity from interview scheduling through offers and onboarding, while helping provide a strong candidate experience.
Recruitment Coordination & Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling, offer release, and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews between recruiters and hiring managers.
- Manage HR and recruitment-related invoices and payment processing.
- Assist with employer branding and campus hiring efforts.
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Experience Required
- 2 years of post-college recruiting experience, preferably in financial services.
- A record of delivering results while providing a high level of client service.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Robust organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace.
